Mr. Bressler handles all legal due diligence related to the commercial loan including corporate structuring issues, lease review, title, survey and zoning analysis.

Mr. Bressler also represents businesses and real estate developers and investors in connection with their financing and development needs. He has handled acquisitions, title, permitting, and site development for several national retailers. At present, he serves as commercial leasing counsel for a Fortune-500 company based in Massachusetts.

Mr. Bressler has notable credentials spanning nearly two decades in the fields of real estate and banking. Mr. Bressler later served as senior attorney with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation where he specialized in loan workouts and commercial transactions involving the sale of real estate and other failed bank assets.

Mr. Bressler received his Bachelor of Arts from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York.
